in a gauge that includes a single-channel analog output with a Bosch O2
sensor in one unit!
AEM’s Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller features an LED readout and
sweeping LED “needle” that changes colors as AFR changes from rich to
lean. The unit’s 52mm (2-1/16”) gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and
can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. No laptop required for
monitoring!

TRU-BOOST GAUGE-TYPE CONTROLLER
AEM’s TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller is an electronic boost
controller that combines the simplicity of a manual boost controller
with the added ease of adjusting boost levels through a gauge
interface. There is no external interface required for set up, and it
is fully functional right out of the box. There are no gimmicks or
special software programs included. If you want more boost press the
button on the right of the gauge face, and if you want less boost
press the button on the left of the gauge face. It’s that simple, and
IT WORKS!
AEM’s TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller includes everything you need,
including an on-board 29 psig pressure sensor, built-in Overboost
protection with two timed shutdown levels, a scramble boost setting
and a low-side output for a warning light. AEM offers a 75 psia boost
sensor for high boost applications (sold separately).
AEM’s boost control solenoid (included) is the only one specifically
manufactured for automotive boost applications, which means it won’t
corrode and stick from exposure to rich fuel mixtures, it is pressure
tested to 100 psi and includes -4 AN fittings to eliminate any chance
of leaks.

AEM’s Plug & Play Engine Management System (EMS) will forever change the
way you look at and perform fuel injection tuning! This user-programmable
system plugs directly into a vehicle’s factory ECU harness and requires no
additional wiring or hardware. (Some adapting hardware may be required for
non-factory forced induction vehicles.) Windows™-based software (2000, NT,
98, 95, ME) makes the task of copying, viewing and manipulating data as
simple as a click of the mouse. User-defined templates are easily
configurable and enable tuners to establish “quick keys” to any pertinent
information during the tuning process. The AEM EMS’s infinitely adjustable
software allows tuners to program virtually any combination of engine
control, power adders and auxiliary devices, and accurately deliver proper
amounts of fuel and correct ignition timing for ANY boost level or

Based on
our highly successful GM gauge released last year, the
Interceptor
SRT4 / PT Cruiser
SRT4 Pro version is designed to be everything you'd want
in a gauge for this car. It has many new unique features as described
below. These gauges will display the following parameters, two at a time,
at an adjustable update rate as high as 20 times per second. This fast
update rate is critical to capture transient data while in record mode.

The Apex Auto Timer allows the vehicle to idle for a
preset amount of time after the ignition key has been removed. In
turbocharged vehicles this prevents hot oil in the engine from coking up
in the lines. Hard driving can raise engine oil temperatures to
dangerously high levels. Proper cool down is essential for a healthy turbo
and engine. In normally aspirated cars, the Auto Timer can also be used to
warm/cool the inside of the car without having to sit inside. The Auto
Timer stands as a technological marvel. The pen shaped, compact size makes
the Auto Timer one of the smallest turbo timers on the market. This allows

unique multi angle joystick button allows easy navigation through the many

BLOW OFF VALVES
GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable
to prevent both premature boost leakage and compressor surge. Each is made
of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio
provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring
stiffness adjustment screw and the two different sizes give the GReddy user
the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines.
Also available in easy to install kit form for many turbocharged vehicles. |

Catch Tank catches the oil and moisture in the blow-by gas that causes
carbon and sludge build-up in the SRT4 intake system and the engine. It
keeps the engine clean even under hard driving conditions. It is also an
excellent engine dress up item that gives a racecar look. Polished
aluminum body with sight glass. With a turbo car, there is more blow by
oil which over time will "gunk" your intake with oil and residue. Fits

| TURBO TIMER
The basic function of a turbo timer is to
allow the vehicle to idle the engine for a timed period, with the ignition
key removed. This allows the engine oil and turbo center cartridge to cool
down and prevent internal turbo damage. GReddy Full Auto Timers pack tons
of features into one economical, compact unit. In addition to two standard
programmable count down presets (P-1, P-2), the GReddy Full Auto Timer
also has two auto timer modes (A-L, A-H). The modes estimate the driving
RPM according to the vehicles alternator signal and then recommend a count
down time. Also new are the stopwatch/lap time and attack modes along with
a built in voltmeter and speedometer. Still standard are the optional
parking brake and speedo safety hook-ups. |

| SSQV BLOW
OFF VALVE The HKS Super Sequential Blow-Off Valve (SSQV) is a dual stage pull type
relief valve. Unlike other blow off valves that are push type, the SSQV
will not leak under high boost conditions nor under vacuum at idle. Being
of a pull type valve structure, the SSQV can not physically leak under any
level of boost because boost pressure also keeps the valve closed against
its seat.
The SSQV is actuated by pressure alterations only, not by the rate of
pressure or vacuum in the line, which ensures a quick valve response and
complete closure during idle. On typical blow-off valve designs, a large
valve is utilized in order to accommodate high boost / high horsepower
applications. |
