POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
Ordering Policies
All orders must be prepaid
(except Canadian COD orders). We accept all
major credit cards via PayPal only. We also accept cash, money orders and
certified cheques by mail. All Canadian residents are subject to current Federal
Sales Tax (GST). All Ontario residents are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST). Foreign
orders could be subject to tariffs and/or import taxes.
PRICES:
All prices
are subject to change without prior notice.
PRICE QUOTES:
Price
quotes are valid for 30 days.
BACKORDERS:
Backorders will be shipped when they become available. Some
items require prepayment.
SHIPPING: Shipping is via
Xpresspost unless other arrangements
made. Special freight services are available when necessary.
SHIPPING CLAIMS:
If there is any obvious damage to the shipment, please note it on the Bill of
Lading at the time of receipt. Hidden damage should be reported to the carrier
immediately. We will assist the customer in any matter arising from damage to
the shipment. However, all damages are to be settled between the customer and
the carrier.
RETURN POLICY: No cash returns, in store credit only. No returns after 14 days.
No returns on manufactured products offered under the CTA brand name, including
exhaust systems and intake kits. Computer chips may be returned to the manufacturers for replacement or
modification. No refunds on electronic components.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Please
contact us prior to returning an
item for a return authorization number. This number should be posted clearly on
the outside of the package before it will be accepted. We will not accept any
returns without this number.
All returns, no exceptions, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no refunds on shipping
charges.
Parts must be in original packaging. There will be no returns on electrical,
used or damaged parts. All shipping of returns must be prepaid by the customer.
Any applicable customs charges, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the
sender. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please devalue
the cost of the item when shipping across the border, to minimize any fees
incurred.
