AGP WASTEGATE ACTUATOR KIT

Do you want more performance out of your Turbo Neon SRT4? Then it is time to ditch your stock 4psi wastegate actuator for this high pressure adjustable Garrett unit. This replaces the factory installed piece, and will allow you to hold higher boost pressures to redline. No longer will your boost drop off to 11psi by 6000 RPM. We've been able to hold over 15psi, which seems to be the limit of the stock fuel system. Other benefits include reducing the amount of boost spike, as well as eliminating the oscillation that is common with light spring actuators. This kit includes a custom machined bracket to mount up to the factory points on the back of the compressor housing and is fully adjustable for preload.

Most of you are not ready for this. If you're serious, this 24x12x4.5 inch bar and plate core assembly is the largest, highest flowing IC core on the market for the SRT4. (Our 3.5" thick core was the largest before.) This core flows so well, we can't even measure pressure drop in this system. This kit allows the use of your stock or any aftermarket intercooler piping so installation is a very easy task.

Because of the thickness of this core, you will be advised to trim a 1/2 inch in two places on your bumper cover.

As with all AGP intercoolers for the SRT4, you will need to drill your mounting holes. We require this so that the intercooler can be positioned with all stock and aftermarket intercooler piping so installation is a very easy task, and fit is perfect.

This kit requires no cutting of the bumper cover, but the bumper beam must be removed. This 24x12x3.5 inch bar and plate core assembly was the largest, highest flowing IC core on the market for the SRT4. (We have now released the AGP Race FMIC) It cools at 90-99% efficiency under almost all conditions and has less than 1psi pressure drop at 450 hp of airflow. You couldn't heat soak this if you tried. We have been able to gain 14 whp and 19 ft.lbs of torque on a bone stock SRT4. 40+ whp gain at 450 whp.

As will all AGP intercoolers for the SRT4, you will need to drill your mounting holes. We require this so that the intercooler can be positioned with all stock and aftermarket intercooler piping so installation is a very easy task, and fit is perfect.

SRT-4 AGP Screw In Temperature Sensor Kit

The factory (and all other aftermarket) Air Intake Temperature (IAT) sensor is held into the upper intercooler hose with a grommet. These sensors tend to blow out at higher than factory boost levels. The best way to fix this problem, is to purchase one of our temp sensor kits.

The new IAT sensor is designed to be a direct replacement for the factory's PCM to get an accurate reading, without blowing out and causing a big boost leak. The sensor's body utilizes a 1/4-28 thread pattern and screws into the supplied bung. Splice the two wires into your factory harness, and you're good to go.

The bung will need to welded or affixed to your existing intercooler pipe.

Introducing the only aftermarket fuel return setup that regulates the fuel pressure BEFORE the fuel rail. What does this mean? Now it doesn't matter if you have a fuel rail with a schrader valve, nor do you need a custom fuel rail. Every stock fuel rail will work with this fuel return setup!

We start off at the heart of the kit with the industry's finest 1:1 adjustable fuel pressure regulator from Aeromotive. Connect the regulator to your stock fuel feed line with our custom CNC machined billet aluminum quick disconnect fittings.

Run the supplied braided stainless steel hose back to the filler line at the tank. All necessary fittings, hose, fuel pressure gauge, regulator bracket, nuts, bolts, and hose clamps are included to make this a complete fuel return kit. We also include a billet aluminum sleeve to block off the factory regulator in the stock fuel filter.

The SRT4 being a high horsepower turbocharged car runs a significant amount of piston-to-wall clearance. The cylinder pressure from the forced air creates more heat in turbocharged applications when compared to non-turbocharged engines, thus DCX designed a "loose" engine for added safety and longevity purposes. Unfortunately, a byproduct of an engine that allows a lot of blow-by is oil residue makes its way past the PCV system and ends up in the intake manifold, and many other places.

Oil residue in the combustion chamber of an engine is bad news, and can lead to really bad news with respect to how your engine runs. We have been testing a real solution for a while now that will actually separate the oil from the air flowing between the PCV and intake manifold. It sounds easy enough, as many people have tried to adapt simple catch cans and industrial water valves to remove the oil from the air. Those products do work OK but only separate a small amount with respect to how much oil is actually passing through the system. Enter the AGP Oil Accumulator.

Our three chamber oil separator gathers the airborn oil particles through the middle chamber. Oil is separated from the air through the filtering media and drains through a perferated aluminum plate on the bottom side of the middle chamber then accumulating in the bottom chamber. As this oil gets filtered through the middle chamber, clean air is then filtered again and exits through the top chamber. This three chamber system design provides the best protection against unwanted oil making its way to the combustion process.

The bottom of the Oil Accumulator has a threaded 1/4" NPT bung and a plug to allow the user an easy way to drain the oil.

The Oil Accumulator is completely constructed of aluminum and is highly polished to provide some extra 'bling' to your engine bay. This will fit the SRT4 perfectly and comes with hose and hose clamps for an easy installation.

3" stainless steel O2 housing/turbo discharge module. Version 2.0 with 1.75" wastegate return port and Tial 44mm flanged dump tube. Designed to bolt directly to the GT V-band housing on GT3071R/GT30R/GT35R turbos with longer necks. Assumes the use of the ATP cast turbo manifold and 44mm wastegate bolted to the manifold using adapter P/N ATP-FLS-039. Customers using 38mm can bolt the wastegate directly to the ATP cast manifold and build a simple 90 degree dump tube flanged for 38mm to connect to this O2 housing.     Does your SRT4 have oil on the bottom of the upper pressure pipe? 

    This steel catch can includes single stage powdercoat and features two 3/8 hose barb fittings on top, an oil level sight on the driver's side, and a drain valve on the bottom. 

    The standard catch can mounts to the battery tray, but there is an option to mount it to the upper motor mount if you are using a stock airbox.  Installation instructions included.

    Options available for this Catch Can:

    Oil level sight on the passenger side (for mounting next to the drivers side framerail off of the battery tray) 

    No charge.

    This UPP replaces your stock restrictive hose with a
