AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS
AEM Cold Air and Short Ram induction systems create MORE horsepower than EVERY comparable intake system on the market. Only AEM induction systems feature CNC mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum intake pipes that are individually tuned in both length and diameter to maximize power in each application. Every AEM intake is zirconia powder coated and has TIG-welded fittings and brackets. For filtration, AEM utilizes world-renowned K&N air filters. All AEM air induction systems are C.A.R.B exempt and come with complete installation hardware, comprehensive instructions, AEM decal and license plate frame. |

Zetec Aluminum Intake Kit (Contour and Cougar) (Version 2)
Here are some pictures of CTA Motorsports' Contour Zetec aluminum intake kit. Having a smoother intake tract increases throttle response as well as improving mid range to top end punch over the stock plastic intake system. These kits come with 3" polished aluminum intake pipes, open air filter, MAF adapter, crankcase vent filter, silicone couplings and clamps, nylock nuts, bolts and washers, and a hardware kit including MAF bracket and silicone vacuum hose. The kits will be complete for a direct bolt on installation. Instructions are available here. Kits will be available with black silicone couplings. Red and blue coupling colours will be special order only. |

HIGH PERFORMANCE INDUCTION KITS
The Injen Technology intake system is a high-performance, dyno-proven system made of CNC mandrel bent 6061 T-6 aluminum alloy. Each intake is carefully engineered for a perfect fit and superior performance. Many other intakes in the market are made of 3.00" diameter tubes. This may cause friction between the battery and the intake system, dented hoods and an unbalanced air fuel ratio which can be harmful to your engine. Injen Technology has taken extra measures to ensure that the consumer get's what they paid for: optimum throttle response. We have in-house capabilities for bending 2.25",2.50", 2.75" and 3.00" diameter tubes on various bend radii. We polish every intake for those who are conscious of aesthetics along with horsepower gain. With the use of 1//4" thick 6061 T-6 aluminum and precise CNC machined brackets and adapters, you are guaranteed an exact fit every time. Not only do we dedicate ourselves to making precise crafted intakes, we also back it with a limited lifetime warranty to ensure a quality intake for years to come. |
